Delivery

Terms and Conditions for shipping, delivery and returns are below.

Shipping

  • Processing and shipping charges will be incurred for each order and the amount will be added automatically to the total invoice to be paid before delivery.
  • The shipping method and its cost vary according to the weight of the order and to the distance to the destination country. The shipping charges applicable to the Customer's order are displayed during the order procedure.
  • Current rates for shipments up to 1 kg. France, Monaco: 5 euros. Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, United Kingdom: 12 euros. Austria, Denmark, Martinique, Portugal, Guadeloupe, French Guiana: 15 euros. Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Reunion, Sweden, French Polynesia: 18 euros. Canada, United States: 30 euros.
  • When ordering from a country other than France you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside of the European Union and of overseas departments and territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs taxes, local taxes, import taxes or State taxes may apply. These charges are not the responsibility of Synergiashop. They are your responsibility in terms of declarations as well as payments to the applicable authorities and organizations of your country, who we suggest you contact for further information.


    • Delivery

  • Products are delivered to the delivery address that you gave when your order was processed. You can change the delivery address from the delivery address indicated during previous orders or during the creation of your customer account by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
  • The indicated delivery schedule is the average typical time for order processing and delivery. Synergiashop can not be held responsible for the consequences of transport delays.
  • When articles are to be delivered on different dates according to availability, the delivery schedule is based on the longest expected period. Synergiashop, however, reserves the right to subdivide deliveries. Processing and shipping fees will be invoiced for a single shipment only. Should this occur, an e-mail will be sent to you.
  • When paying by cheque, the order will be processed when the cheque is received. As a consequence, delivery will be calculated from the day the cheque is received and thus may differ from that indicated on the day the order is placed.


    • Product conformity

    If, upon delivery, the product: - Does not correspond to the order, - Is defective, - Is damaged, The Customer may request a refund or an exchange within the 7 working days following the day after delivery for any product in its original packaging.

  • The product and the request for exchange or refund must be sent, at the Customer's expense, along with a copy of the order invoice to the following address:

    No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon request by providing a receipt with your request for exchange or refund.
  • Products that have been opened, damaged or soiled by the Customer may not be refunded or exchanged.
  • In the case of excessive returns, the Company reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.


    • Refunds

  • Refunds for products covered by Article 8 of the Sales Terms and Conditions will be made within 15 days after we receive the products.
  • The refund method is the choice of Synergia shop and will be made by credit to your bank account or by a bank cheque made out in the name of the customer placing the order and sent to the billing address. No COD returns will be accepted for any reason.


    • Right of retraction

  • The Customer has the right to notify the Company that he or she cancels his or her purchase without penalty and for any reason within a maximum of 7 working days following the day after delivery. Shipping and return charges are your responsibility. Only the price of the product or products purchased will be refunded.
  • The products must be sent at the Customer's expense in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged and unsoiled by the Customer, within 7 working days following the date after their delivery, to the following address:
