Skin and Bones Horsetail is a plant containing silica, known for its tissue rebuilding effect. Its concentration is optimal in the fresh plant. Horsetail participates in the maintenance and balance of the bone structure (remineralizing action) and the skin structure (stimulation of collagen synthesis). It contains silica (5 to 10%), an essential mineral for the structure of nails, hair and cartilage and arterial tissues. Horsetail is recommended as a treatment to strengthen hair, skin and nails.
Dosage One 5-ml measuring cap in a small amount of fresh water, twice a day (shake before use). Daily consumption of Horsetail WFPS provides at least 2.4 grams of fresh plant.
Recommendations for Use Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children below age 12 with a body weight less than 40 kg. Not suitable for pregnant women in accordance with the recommendations of the INPES [French Institute for Prevention and Health Education]
