Sleep Valerian is a plant containing iridoids and valerenic acids known for their properties of maintaining normal sleep quality. Their concentration is optimal in the fresh plant, and promotes the relaxing effect of this plant. Valerian promotes deep and reparative sleep in cases of insomnia, irritability or nervous tension. It reduces the time it takes to fall asleep* and improves nighttime quality*. It also helps in smoking cessation treatments where valerian gives an unpleasant taste to tobacco and calms irritability from withdrawal.
Dosage One 5-ml measuring cap in a small amount of fresh water, twice a day (shake before use). Daily consumption of Valerian WFP provides at least 2.2 grams of fresh plant.
Recommendations for Use Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children below age 12 with a body weight less than 40 kg. Not suitable for pregnant women in accordance with the recommendations of the INPES [French Institute for Prevention and Health Education]
