Our fish oils are exclusively from wild fish. Fish from fish farms contain very few essential fatty acids because of the way they are fed. Our fish oils are purified in order to remove pollutants and to guarantee levels that are below detection levels in accordance with European legislation.

Q2 : Is the gelatin used in the manufacture of your tablets of bovine origin?
The gelatin used to manufacture our tablets is made up exclusively of gelatin of marine origin. We exclude bovine gelatins from our formula in order to guarantee perfect health safety and in order to comply with health regulations in force.

Q3 : I am under medical supervision following a heart attack. Is Mix-alpha 3 suited to my case?
Yes. Omega 3 has a cardio protective effect. It is effective in order to prevent or following heart disease and should be combined with a Mediterranean diet. In your case, our Cardiovascular treatment combined with a Mediterranean diet is recommended.

Q4: What are the risk factors of cardiovascular disease? What can we do to reduce them?
The risk factors are diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking, obesity, cholesterol. Stopping smoking, a protective diet such as the Mediterranean diet and exercise are the top three factors in reducing the risk of heart disease.
