Digestion Lemon balm is a plant containing polyphenols and an essential oil known for their antispasmodic properties. Their concentration is optimal in the fresh plant. Lemon balm is used for its antispasmodic properties in cases of difficult digestion or painful periods. Lemon balm is also a sedative facilitating falling asleep.
Dosage One 5-ml measuring cap in a small amount of fresh water, twice a day (shake before use). Daily consumption of Lemon Balm WFPS provides at least 3.2 grams of fresh plant.
Recommendations for Use Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children below age 12 with a body weight less than 40 kg. Not suitable for pregnant women in accordance with the recommendations of the INPES [French Institute for Prevention and Health Education].
