Bi-Osteo helps preserve bone reserves, improves joint comfort and contributes to reducing skin and mucous membrane dryness.
Gynea is a food supplement consisting of two plants known for their beneficial effects in pre-menopausal and menopausal women: yam and soya.
Amongst other usages, Sweet clover is helpful during menopause to regulate hot flashes and for its antispasmodic action.

Dosage
Sweet Clover WFP: One 5-ml measuring cap in a small amount of fresh water, 20 days each month.
Gynea: 1 to 3 tablets morning and midday, 5 out of 7 days.
Bi-Osteo: 1 tablet in the morning.

1 Packet of 60 tablets of Gynea.
1 Packet of 30 tablets of Bi-Osteo.

Sweet Clover WFP : Water-alcohol extract of Melilotus officinalis (flowering tops), water, thickener: gum. Alcohol content: 30%.

1 Gynea tablet : Soya extract rich in isoflavones: 150 mg, Yam extract rich in diosgenin: 150 mg. Excipients: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate. Coating: saccharose, gum lac, povidone, E171. E172. bees wax. Calories per tablet 2Kcal.

1 tablet of Bi-Osteo : Oil rich in plant omega-3: 326 mg, of which ALA: 220 mg, Fish oil rich in marine omega-3: 200 mg, of which DHA: 100 mg, of which EPA: 20 mg, Vitamin C (100% of RDA): 60 mg, Natural vitamin E (100% of RDA): 10 mg, Zinc (citrate) (66.66% of RDA): 10 mg, Colloidal silica: 7.50 mg, Beta carotene: 4.80 mg, Vitamin B6 (100% of RDA): 2 mg, Vitamin K1: 25 µg, Selenium (Selenate): 25 µg, Vitamin D: 5 µg.
