Valerian Whole Fresh Plant, a natural soporific. Valerian root is one of the only medicinal plants whose soporific effect has been tested and proven. It contains iridoids and valeric acids, which promote normal sleep quality.
Passion Flower Whole Fresh Plant, a return to serenity. Passion Flower is a plant known to naturally combat stress and nervousness, which are often responsible for sleep disorders. Mildly anxiolytic, it promotes the onset of sleep in insomniacs. It contains flavonoids with relaxing properties that help fight mood disorders and nervous tension.
Dosage
