Vitality Nettle is a plant containing mineral elements known for their rebuilding properties (stimulants and strength builders). Its use is recommended in the case of chronic fatigue and during convalescence so as to be full of vitality. Fresh nettle also helps eliminate toxins from the body and strengthens the intestinal flora. Nettle treatment at the changes of season (winter/springtime) helps the body's elimination mechanisms.
Dosage One 5-ml measuring cap in a small amount of fresh water, twice a day (shake before use). Daily consumption of Nettle WFPS provides at least 2.9 grams of fresh plant.
Recommendations for Use Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children below age 12 with a body weight less than 40 kg. Not suitable for pregnant women in accordance with the recommendations of the INPES [French Institute for Prevention and Health Education].
