I would like to order three boxes of D-Stress. What is the cost, including packaging, and the delivery deadline?
The delivery cost is 5 euros for any order for delivery in mainland France, up to 1 kg. We use Coliposte, which delivers within 48h (business days, that is to say excluding weekends and holidays). Once you have made an order, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation, then another to confirm that your order has been dispatched. To estimate your date of delivery, add 48h to this date.
I live in Belgium – what are delivery costs?
For delivery abroad, rates are defined by zone. These are displayed at the end of the order before you make payment.
Current rates for a delivery of up to one kilogram.

I have ordered 3 food supplements, one of which will not be in stock for ten days. Do I need to pay delivery costs twice?
When one of our products is out of stock, you can group your purchases into one single delivery. The products in stock will be delivered immediately and the remainder will be delivered as soon as possible at our own expense.
I have forgotten my password. I asked for a new one at your synergiashop, but it isn’t working.
Passwords are generated automatically and, for greater security, they comprise letters and numbers chosen randomly. When you enter your new password, remember it is case sensitive: if your new password is 7Pi6Of, make sure you use upper and lower cases. Once connected to your account, consider personalizing your password so it is easier to remember.
Payment
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by bank card and cheque for all orders made through synergiashop.com. Please note that cheques must be made out in euros and issued by a French bank.
- If you pay by cheque, your order will only be processed once payment is received. Your cheque will be cashed on receipt.
- For payment using bank cards, we accept cartes bleues, Visa and Mastercard. Your order will be processed once it has been validated.

Our products are available in all French pharmacies.
If your pharmacy does not stock our products, it can order them from its retailer by specifying the ACL code of the product you are interested in. Note: treatments are only sold through synergiashop.com

Are food supplements useful?
Yes. They allow you to increase the quality and quantity of micro-nutrients to optimise your organism. These micro-nutrients are often destroyed by agricultural methods, early harvesting of fruit and vegetable, industrial transformation and aggressive cooking methods. They are a supplement to modern life and irregular and unbalanced meals. Taking of food supplements adapted to your needs is the easiest way of improving your health and naturally preventing the development of certain illnesses.
Who can take food supplements?
Our food supplements are aimed at adults and teenagers. If you are undergoing a specific medical treatment, consult your doctor first.
Can pregnant women take food supplements?
Yes. Pregnancy is when you most need increased micro nutrients. Your doctor will often prescribe you a mineral and vitamin supplement, depending on your health, and give you advice on nutrition.
For how long do I have to take a food supplement?
There are several co-existing approaches which involve different uses of food supplements. The first is an in-depth approach which involves daily nutritional doses of micro nutrients which are most difficult to get from food. This is the case with zinc, magnesium, certain group B vitamins, vitamin E and the main anti-oxidants. This is why Visentiel, Day-Oxydose and Maxi-Flore can be taken habitually every day.
Food supplements can also be used at particular times for a limited period depending on the problem to be resolved.
Are food supplements addictive?
No. Addiction means a physical or psychological dependency. Supplements provide the organism with the micro nutrients it needs. These micro nutrients are used immediately. Stopping a course of food supplements halts the qualitative contribution of micro-nutrients guaranteed by food supplements. There is no addiction or secondary effects.
Is an overdose of food supplements toxic?
Food supplements are not dangerous to your health, The formulation and dosages suggested by Synergia have been established for optimum effectiveness. Any overdose will not be absorbed, the excess being eliminated. However, abusive use is not advised. With the exception of certain nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin D, excess vitamins are not dangerous for the body.
Taking mineral pro-oxidants for a prolonged period of time (iron, copper, manganese) is not recommended.
I would like to take D-Stress, and I would like to know if this product contains gluten (I am allergic to it). ?
D-Stress does not contain gluten. All our food supplements are guaranteed gluten and GMO free.
