Q1 : I cannot take magnesium (diarrhoea), should I take D-Stress?
There are different forms of magnesium (or salts). Magnesium glycerophosphate in D-Stress is a salt which guarantees tolerance and optimal assimilation. Magnesium tends to leave the body through the urine. Combining group B vitamins and taurine with magnesium glycerophosphate D-Stress enhances its penetration into the cells.
Q2 : D-Stress contains Taurine, arginine and vitamin B. What role do they play?
Taurine:
- Amino acid which regulates nerve activity (relaxing effect on the heart and muscles)
- Acts as a calming neurotransmitter
- Fixes magnesium
- Antioxidant and purified toxins
Arginine:
- Amino acid which regulates cortisol (stress mediator)
Vitamin B (B1, B2, B5, B6, B8, B9, PP or B3):
- Works synergistically with magnesium to generate energy (ATP)
- Contributes to the synthesis of anti-anxiety in neurotransmitters (GABA, serotonin, taurine)
Q3 : I take valerian, lemon balm and passion-flower based phytotherapy treatment at night to help me sleep. Can I take D-Stress to prevent fatigue?
Yes. Carry on with your evening treatment and take 2 to 4 D-Stress tablets twice a day. There is no interaction and the indications are not linked if you sleep well.
