Sales Terms and Conditions
It is specified in advance that these conditions govern sales by Synergia shop of food supplements and dietetic foods. These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions, notably those in force for store sales.
By browsing at Synergia shop or by ordering one of the products offered on this site, the Customer accepts to be bound by the present conditions which apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the Customer and Synergia, as well as to all operations required for their execution.
The present conditions are freely accessible on the site of the Internet merchant Synergia shop. Synergia reserves the right at any time to change the present terms and conditions subject to presenting such changes on its Internet site.
1.1 Product prices are indicated in euros including taxes (VAT) except for processing and shipping charges (see Delivery). The shipping method and its cost vary according to the weight of the order and to the distance to the destination country. The shipping charges applicable to the Customer's order are displayed during the order procedure.
1.2 When ordering from a country other than France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside of the European Union and overseas departments and territories, the invoice price will be automatically calculated excluding taxes. Customs taxes, local taxes, import taxes or State taxes may apply. These charges are not the responsibility of Synergia shop. They are your responsibility in terms of declarations as well as payments to the applicable authorities and organizations in your country, who we suggest you contact for further information.
1.3 All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
1.4 Synergia shop reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of prices in force when the order is recorded, subject to availability.
1.5 Products remain the property of Synergia shop until complete payment is made.
2.1 Orders are made directly on the Synergia shop site.
2.2 All orders imply acceptance of product prices and descriptions.
2.3 Orders must be confirmed by Synergia shop.
2.4 Contractual information will be presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation presenting the contractual information at latest upon delivery. Synergia shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with which a dispute exists regarding payment for a previous order. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to refuse orders and consequently delivery in certain countries outside of the European Community without having to justify such a decision.
You declare that you understand and accept the present Sales Terms and Conditions before making your order. The validation of your order thus implies acceptance of these Sales Terms and Conditions.
In the absence of a statement to the contrary, the data recorded by Synergia shop constitutes the evidence of all transactions between Synergia shop and its Customers.
4.1 Our product and price offers are valid as long as they appear on the site, subject to availability in inventory. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you by mail or by e-mail as soon as possible.
4.2 If a product will be unavailable for an extended period (longer than 1 month), your order will be cancelled automatically.
4.3 If you have paid by bank card, the account used during the transaction will be refunded.
4.4 If you have paid by cheque and all or part of your order is unavailable for an extended period, Synergia shop will choose whether to reimburse you by credit to your bank account or by cheque at latest 30 days after your payment has been processed.
5.1 Products are delivered at the delivery address that you indicated when placing the order. The indicated delivery schedule is the average typical time for order processing and delivery. Synergia shop can not be held responsible for the consequences of transport delays.
5.2 When articles are to be delivered on different dates according to availability, the delivery schedule is based on the longest expected period. Synergia shop, however, reserves the right to subdivide deliveries. Processing and shipping fees will be invoiced for a single shipment only. Should this occur, an e-mail will be sent to you.
5.3 When paying by cheque, the order will be processed when the cheque is received. As a consequence, delivery will be calculated from the day the cheque is received and thus it may differ from that indicated on the day the order is placed.

- In order to facilitate the processing of your order, if possible we suggest that you print your order confirmation e-mail and include it with your cheque. - If you are unable to print your order confirmation e-mail, you must write your order number on the back of the cheque. Failure to do so may lead to processing delays.
- The cheque must be from a bank based in France or Monaco and made out to the order of: Synergia shop. Since 1 January 2002, only cheques in euros are accepted.
- A cheque written by someone other than the person placing the order will be accepted only if accompanied by a signed written agreement from the person sending the cheque accompanied by a photocopy of a piece of identification and a telephone number.
- When paying by cheque, the delivery schedule is longer. Your order is processed only upon receipt of your cheque.
The boutique Synergia shop uses a secure system: We have adopted SSL encryption and we have also strengthened all of our encryption procedures to protect data related to payments as effectively as possible (See Payment security).
8.1 If, upon delivery, the product:
8.1.1 Does not correspond to the order,

The Customer may request a refund or an exchange within the 7 working days following the day after delivery for any product in its original packaging.
8.2 The product and the request for exchange or refund must be sent, at the Customer's expense, along with a copy of the order invoice to the following address:

No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason. Return shipping costs will be refunded upon request by providing a receipt with your request for exchange or refund.
8.3 Products that have been opened, damaged or soiled by the Customer may not be refunded or exchanged.
8.5 In the case of excessive returns, the Company reserves the right to refuse subsequent orders.
9.1 Refunds for products covered by Article 8 will be made within 15 days after we receive the products.
9.2 The refund method is the choice of Synergia shop.com and will be made by credit to your bank account or by a bank cheque made out in the name of the customer placing the order and sent to the billing address. No COD returns will be accepted for any reason.
10.1 The Customer has the right to notify the Company that he or she cancels his or her purchase without penalty and for any reason within a maximum of 7 working days following the day after delivery. Shipping and return charges are your responsibility. Only the price of the product or products purchased will be refunded.
10.2 The products must be sent at the Customer's expense in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, leaflet etc.) by the Customer, within 7 working days following the date after their delivery, to the following address:

13.3 In the case of significant differences between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or Sales Terms and Conditions, Synergia shop will not be held responsible.
