A combination of three group B vitamins: B6, B9 and B12, indicated in people with a deficiency in these vitamins (Vegetarians, elderly people...) or those with an increased need at a particular point in time (first three months of pregnancy, high homocysteine…).
Dosage 1 to 3 tablets per day, preferably taken with the main meal. 1 tablet per day fulfils the needs of pregnant women in the first three months of pregnancy. 3 tablets supply a quantity of vitamin B (B6, B9 and B12) used in studies in order to lower homocysteine levels.
Instructions for use For adults and teenagers. Keep out of the reach of children. Mix-3B is not recommended for persons allergic to any of these constituents.
