In partnership with Coliposte, your orders are delivered within 48h in mainland France.
For all other destinations, please check.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming dispatch of your order via Coliposte.
Note: Payment by cheque can only be processed once it has been received; for an express service, pay by bank card!

Tracking your order

With order tracking, you will know the exact postal status of your package.

To track your order, we will ask you to identify yourself. Have your username and password for your synergiashop account ready, and click here.

Secure Payments

The Synergiashop store uses encryption. We have adopted the SSL encryption procedure (Secure Socket Layer), and we have also improved all jamming and encryption procedures to protect, as effectively as possible, all sensitive data linked to means of payment.

When paying with a bank card, the bank details of the users are entered into our bank’s site, which is also secured using SSL encryption. At no time will the bank details of the user be processed through the computer system of the company SYNERGIA, which operates Synergiashop.
