What can be done about heavy legs?

Heavy legs are often associated with circulatory problems in the veins. If you feel this, spray your legs with cold water then massage them with a gel containing natural ingredients such as red vine, burdock, sweet clover, etc.
- Raise your legs to rest them.
- Walk every day, take antioxidants which help protect the vein walls.
- Avoid prolonged contact with heat (sunbathing, hot baths, waxing, etc).
